MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

HO HO HO EVERYONE!!!!
This past week has been crazy with a bunch of traveling to different places and it was the holidays. So let’s get right down to this.
On Wednesday we had to go down to Toronto for Zone Conference. Zone Conference is just a big meeting with all the missionaries and we talk about what we can do better and how to improve ourselves. It was pretty cool. I got to see some of the people that I came out in the mission field with and talk to them about their areas and what they have been up to. Zone Conference was from 9:00 am to about 5:00 pm, so we were kinda ummm whats the word I am looking for here??  Ummm oh yeah I remember now, the word is STARVING!!!!! WE WERE SOOOOOO HUNGRY!!!! We ended up going to this Caribbean place and it was super good! I got some jerk chicken and I will tell you what them Caribbeans know how to make some chicken because I pretty much inhaled all of that food. But yeah that was pretty much it on Wednesday.
The only thing exciting that happened on Thursday was that I got a haircut. That's right, ya boi has gotta be looking clean out here while he is spreading the good word. One of the members said she would do it for free since we have been shoveling her driveway for her. So I ain't gonna turn down a free haircut!! However when she was cutting my hair she was going around with the scissors and I don't know what happened but next thing I know she has SLICED THE INSIDE OF MY EAR!!! She started apologizing and I said it was fine until I started feeling the blood fill the inside of my ear. But it is all good. Sometimes the cut re opens and it starts bleeding again but a little bit of blood ain't gonna hold me back.
Saturday was Christmas Eve and that was pretty good. We went to the Rostirolla's house for lunch and played some games. Sister Rostirolla is SUPER competitive!!! She would freak out if I started winning in any sort of way. She called me a cheater like a hundred times but she could never prove it so I guess I did a pretty good job of covering it up 😉 We also went to the Dunning's that night to have dinner and that was pretty good. Brother Dunning was super generous and got my companion and I tie pins with chains on them. It is super nice and I am so grateful for him and all the things he does for us.
On Christmas day we only had one hour of church so people could spend time with their families. After church we went to the Jones for lunch and it was delicious as always. But then they brought out the Monopoly game. And if you know me at all then you know that I go hard when it comes to Monopoly. I AIN'T PLAYING NO GAMES!!!! THIS WAS REAL LIFE GOING ON AND I WAS GOING TO WIN!!! I didn't end up winning because we ran out of time and we had to be somewhere else. So I had to call it a tie with Brother Jones but I would have won because I don't lose, it’s that simple. We went to the Cepeda's for dinner and they always feed us super well.

The highlight of the week though was definitely the opportunity I had to Skype home and talk with my family again. I am so grateful that they give us the opportunity to do that twice a year. I love them so much and always love talking with them and hearing about all the great things they are doing back home. I cannot wait for Mother's day so I can do it again.

But yeah that was about it for this week. Thank you all so much for the continual support you show me while I am out here. You don't know how much it means to me to read and hear all of your up lifting comments.

I love you all and hope everyone's holiday season is amazing.

Question of the day: what is the best thing you got for Christmas?
